• You will need to purchase and read the book in its entirety.

• Upon completing your read of the book, purchase this online exam and evaluation form.

• The exam consists of 24 multiple choice questions.

• Upon your first time completing the exam you will be asked to complete an evaluation. This will ask for the information needed to complete your CEU certificate as well as 10 evaluations questions of the continuing education activity.

• The exam is “no-fail.” After submitting your exam and evaluation you will receive the results of your exam. If you have answered any question incorrectly, you will be given a tip on where to find the right answer in the book and then allowed to go back and correct your response.
